Hungry after all that travel? The food wheel can choose dinner.
Which countries are included
The wheel lists the 193 member states of the United Nations plus its two observer states, which is the most widely used list of the world's countries. Territories and dependencies, such as Greenland or Puerto Rico, aren't included by default, but you can add any place you like in the Entries tab.
Countries are grouped into six continents. Some countries span two continents, so we place each one where it is most commonly grouped: Russia is listed in Europe, Tรผrkiye and Cyprus in Asia, and the Central American and Caribbean countries in North America. Flags are shown using your device's built-in flag emoji, so they can look slightly different on Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone.
Frequently asked questions
How many countries are on the wheel?
All 195: the 193 member states of the United Nations, plus the two observer states, the Vatican City and Palestine.
Why can't I read every country name on the wheel?
With 195 countries the slices are very thin, so names are too small to print. The result always shows the country in large text. Choose one or two continents for a wheel with readable names.
Which continents can I choose?
Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Oceania. Pick any combination, such as Europe only for a geography lesson or all six for a world quiz.
Can I use the country wheel to pick a travel destination?
Yes, for inspiration! Many people spin for a dream trip, a country to cook food from, or a place to learn about this week. Always check official travel advice before you book.
