By using Spin of Wheels (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using the site

You may use the wheels for free for personal, educational and business purposes, including classrooms, live streams, events and giveaways. You may share links to the site and show it on screen.

2. No gambling

The site is for entertainment and everyday decisions. You must not use it for gambling, betting or any game of chance where money or prizes of value are staked, unless that activity is fully legal where you and every participant are, and you are responsible for complying with those laws. If you run a giveaway, you are responsible for its rules and for following the laws and platform rules that apply to it.

3. Your content

You are responsible for what you put on your wheels, including names, text and pictures, and for any share links you create. Don't use the site to share content that is illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share, and respect other people's privacy.

4. Fair results, no guarantees

Results are chosen with secure randomness, as explained in how the wheel stays fair. The site is still provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Don't rely on it for decisions with legal, financial, medical or safety consequences.

5. Saved data

Your wheels are stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing or changing device can remove them, and we cannot recover them.

6. Our content

The site's design, code, text and graphics belong to Spin of Wheels. Don't copy or republish them without permission, apart from normal sharing of links.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spin of Wheels is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
